Hello, my name is Lamoth Haynie II. I received my Bachelor of Arts from Morgan State University in English, with a concentration in Literature and Language. I have also earned a Masters of Education in Reading from Towson University, and a second Masters in Learning Design and Technology from UMGC in March 2020 to further advance my skills in education. Currently, I am persuing a doctorate in Community College Leadership at Morgan State.

Currently, I am working as a Success Coach at Anne Arundel Community College, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Prince Georges Community College.

As a community college leader, I am looking to meld the skills I’ve obtained throughout my career as a classroom teacher, and my knowledge as a learning designer to grow further in the field of education.

Additionally, we must look at the demands of today's learners, and we must adapt to their needs in order to help them achieve success. The advancement in technology makes bringing things such as asynchronous learning literally into the palms of the learners’ hands. My job as a community college leader and a learning designer is to make the learning feel authentic, genuine and meaningful.
